TomoPay Intelligence

Three modules. One data model. Four questions answered.

TomoPay is building technology alongside the consulting, because the questions worth asking about a payment ecosystem are hard to answer with the reporting most businesses already have.

Everything shown on this page is a front-end preview using demo data. No client, provider or employer data appears anywhere on this site.

Every payment raises the same three questions.

They are normally answered in three different systems, by three different people, at three different times. The fourth question is what you get when they finally sit together.

  1. Module

    Performance

    Did it convert?

Acceptance rate and customer success rate, by PSP, market, brand, method, bank and BIN, with the decline reasons behind them.

  2. Module

    Commercials

    What did it cost?

Every fee and every contract term in one place, resolved into effective processing cost and cost per successful transaction.

  3. Module

    Reconciliation

Did we receive the right amount?

Internal transactions against PSP reports against settlement files, with variances identified rather than discovered later.

  4. The layer above

    Intelligence

    What should we change?

The three answers read together. A provider that converts well but settles short is a different decision from one that is simply expensive.

Performance

Did it convert?

Acceptance rate, customer success rate, unique depositors, transaction and successful volume, and average transaction value — with provider, market and payment-method comparison across daily, weekly and monthly views. Decline reasons sit alongside the numbers, so a drop points somewhere.

Commercials

What did it cost?

A central commercial record for every provider. Fee structures resolve into effective processing cost and cost per successful transaction. Contract terms — start and end dates, renewal basis, notice periods, settlement schedules, rolling reserves and monthly minimums — sit in the same register, with alerts raised before a notice deadline passes rather than after.

Where this is going

A product, on its own domain.

These previews are built as real components against a real data model, not as images. As the platform matures it moves to its own application at app.tomopayconsulting.com, and this site remains the public front door.

If you would like to be part of the early group shaping it, say so when you get in touch.

A provider that converts well but settles short is a different decision from one that is simply expensive. You only see the difference when all three answers are in the same place.
