Solutions / Payment performance
Find out where your transactions are actually failing.
A group-level acceptance rate is an average of everything working and everything broken. It moves slowly, hides the problem, and tells you nothing you can act on.
We take it apart — by provider, market, method, issuer and BIN — until the number points at something you can change.
What we measure
- Acceptance rate
- Approved attempts as a share of all attempts, cut every way that matters.
- Customer success rate
- The share of customers who attempted a payment and completed at least one. Closer to the real experience than transaction-level AR.
- Unique depositors and frequency
- Who paid, how often, and who stopped trying.
- Average transaction value
- Read alongside cost, because fee structures behave differently at different ticket sizes.
- Retry behaviour
- How many attempts precede a success, and how many customers give up before it.
How we find the cause
- Decline reason analysis
- Issuer declines, insufficient funds, 3DS abandonment, authentication timeouts and risk rules, separated rather than lumped together.
- Bank and BIN performance
- A single issuer or BIN range degrading is invisible at group level and obvious at BIN level.
- Provider comparison
- The same traffic, the same market, different providers — and what that difference is worth.
- Routing analysis
- Whether traffic is reaching the provider most likely to approve it, and what a change would be worth.
- Market and brand splits
- Because a problem in one market rarely looks like a problem anywhere else.
